Janessa brings over 15 years of managerial experience and holds a B.S. in Psychology and an MBA in Organizational Development and Psychology. She supports providers, staff, and patients in delivering high-quality care. Janessa is passionate about leadership and fostering an empowering team environment. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her toy Yorkie, Hope.

Madison Reyes

Clinical Operations Manager

Madison brings six years of experience and a strong strategic mindset to her role as Clinical Operations Manager. She’s committed to enhancing patient care through collaboration and efficient systems. Madison enjoys outdoor adventures, trying new activities, and quality time with her family. She believes personal growth fuels professional success.

Quina Carl

New Patient Docent

Quina is a New Patient Docent who brings years of customer service and administrative experience to help patients feel supported from day one. Known for her warm, attentive care, she ensures a smooth start to every wellness journey. Outside the clinic, Quina enjoys time with her pets, family, and loves exploring the beauty of nature.

Belle Barmore

New Patient Docent

Belle is one of our New Patient Docents and brings several years of experience as a Front Desk Administrator. She is passionate about helping patients feel welcome and supported while ensuring high-quality patient care. Belle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Applied Psychological Sciences and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. As an Arizona native, she enjoys traveling, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Brenda Lopez

Medication Room Lead

Brenda brings nearly a decade of medical experience and a deep passion for patient care. Known for her calm, caring presence, she helps each patient feel supported and confident. Originally from Alaska, she now lives in Arizona with her husband and three children, and enjoys the outdoors, animals, and exploring new activities.

Karmina Moreno

Head of Patient Experience

Karmina brings two years of experience as part of our front desk and holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies. She is passionate about making each patient’s experience delightful and is committed to finding new ways to elevate patient communications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, and traveling.

Evelyn Calvo

Marketing Manager

Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts with a minor in Cinema Studies. With a strong foundation in media and a creative eye for storytelling, she thrives in all things marketing—whether it's content creation, strategy, or brand development. Her work is driven by a deep passion for sharing the Protea message and helping as many people as possible. Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys hiking, crocheting stuffed animals, and spending time with her cat, Groot.
