A dynamic class that links breath to movement to help break through mental barriers and build physical strength & endurance. Upbeat music, longer flow sequences, energizing pace.

Warm, slower paced class linking breath to movement. Poses are held for longer periods of time, developing steady breath, strength, concentration and focus. Slower tempo, uplifting music.

Slow paced class that explores long held grounded poses and the ‘edge’ to soften muscles and release tight fascia. Soft music, relaxing.  Props utilized to access deeper stretches and the ability to let go.

The science of ‘yogic sleep.’ A series of mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind, connect to the breath, & heal and restore the body. Guided meditation, where participants lie down to receive. No music. Props encouraged for participant comfort.

Deeply empowering class in a heated room to boost strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Props used for support and alignment, leaving you strong, sweaty, and energized.

We offer a variety of weekend workshops throughout the year to delve deeper into some of the practices implemented for whole body healing. Topics include sound bath healing, Meditation, breath work, intention setting, yoga for balance, women’s circle, pose fundamentals, and more.
